Shipping policy.
Once the payment is received by the customer in the following 24 hours (Monday to Friday) the order is prepared and the order is deposited in the post office within a maximum of 48 hours.
After the deposit of the order in the post office, between 48 and 72 hours (excluding weekends), the order will arrive at the customer’s address.
In the event that the customer places the order on a weekend, it will be deposited in the post office between the following Monday and Tuesday.
NO SHIPMENTS ARE MADE TO THE CANARY ISLANDS
The cost of shipping to the peninsula is €5, for the rest of locations, countries, it is calculated according to destination
If you want to return an item you have purchased, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. You can only return items that have not been opened and the seal has not been removed.
For all returns you have a period of 15 days to send us your returns. This 15-day period begins when the carrier marks the item as delivered. After requesting the return, our customer service staff will contact you with instructions on the return.

If the shipment is seized by customs upon importation into your country, we are not responsible for it and will not offer a refund.

No refunds will be made for orders in Spain or internationally that are retained, denied by customs, or for orders that have an incorrect address that was entered during the purchase process. Once international orders leave the facility,Dainsanlabs will not be responsible for shipping.
